These Terms of Service govern your use of LicenseForum's consultation services and website. By engaging our services or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Consultation Services

LicenseForum provides strategic guidance on gaming license applications and regulatory compliance. Our services include consultation calls, document review, and licensing roadmap development.

What we provide: Expert analysis of your licensing pathway, jurisdiction recommendations, application strategy, and regulatory compliance guidance.

What we don't provide: Legal representation, guaranteed license approval, or submission of applications on your behalf. We are consultants, not attorneys. For legal matters, we recommend engaging licensed gaming counsel in your target jurisdiction.

Client Responsibilities

You're responsible for:

Providing accurate, complete information about your business and principals
Disclosing any regulatory history, past applications, or compliance issues
Meeting all statutory requirements in your target jurisdiction
Engaging appropriate legal counsel for license submissions
Maintaining confidentiality of strategic guidance we provide

Payment Terms

Consultation fees are due upon booking. Initial 30-minute discovery calls are complimentary. Extended consulting engagements require signed agreements with defined scope and payment schedules.

Refunds are issued only if we cancel a scheduled consultation. Client cancellations with less than 24 hours notice forfeit payment.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. Your business details, application strategies, and licensing plans are never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

Exception: We may be required to disclose information if compelled by regulatory authorities or legal process.

No Guarantees

Here's the reality: licensing decisions rest entirely with regulatory bodies. We provide expert guidance based on 8 years of experience, but we cannot guarantee approval outcomes.

Our track record speaks for itself (500+ successful clients), but each application is unique. State regulators have final authority.

Limitation of Liability

LicenseForum's liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered. We are not liable for licensing denials, application delays, or business decisions made based on our consultation.

Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and methodologies we share during consultation remain LicenseForum property. You receive a license to use guidance for your specific application, not to redistribute or commercialize our methods.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
